We are a business-to-business (B2B) distributor: our Services are provided to trade customers, prospective stockists and brand partners, not to consumers. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

• Financial information including payment card details, financial account information, transaction details, form of payment and payment confirmation, processed when you place trade orders. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored by us.
• Account information including your username, login details, account preferences and settings, your account status (for example pending or approved) and your trade tier.
• Transaction information including the products you view or purchase, your orders, returns, exchanges or cancellations, and your order history.
• Communications with us including the information you include when you contact us, for example through our contact form, by email or when raising a query about your account or an order.
• Device information including information about your device, browser or network connection, your IP address and other unique identifiers.

• Trade account applications and vetting. We use the information you submit in your trade account application to verify that you are a genuine trade buyer, to assess and approve or decline your application, to assign your account to the appropriate trade tier, and to communicate with you about the outcome. This processing is necessary for taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with you, and it is in our legitimate interests to ensure the Services are only made available to approved trade customers.
• Providing and improving the Services. We use your personal information to provide you with the Services and perform our contract with you, including to process your payments, fulfil your trade orders, arrange delivery, facilitate any returns or exchanges, create, maintain and manage your account, remember your preferences, send you notifications related to your account and orders, and to improve and tailor the Services.
• Trade marketing. Where you have opted in (or where we are otherwise permitted by law to contact you as a business contact), we may send you trade communications by email — for example new product lines, price lists, stock updates and trade offers.
